Order and Payment

The Webshop is open 24 hours a day. However, we may close the Webshop due to maintenance of the site.

You must be 18 years old and in possession of a valid credit card. If you have not yet reached the age of 18, you can still buy items/products if you have obtained your guardians consent and/ or otherwise have a legal right to enter the purchase.
Select the items you want to buy and put them in the “shopping basket” you can correct the content of the shopping basket right up to the actual order time, and you can regularly check the content as well as the price of the goods. Any extra payments e.g., freight will be calculated prior to your payment.

When you are ready to place your order click on “check out”. Enter the following
• Address
• E-mail
• Telephone no.
• choose Payment and delivery method.

You are obliged to provide a correct address for the delivery of the item(s). If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, Rebiome A/S reserves the right to withhold delivery and to cancel your order.

When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt per email as a confirmation that we have received your order. However, a legal purchase agreement is not valid until you have received an “order confirmation” from Rebiome A/S. Thus, Rebiome A/S has the right to cancel your order due to type errors, technical problems, delivery failure and similar situations.

The prices stated on our website at the time the order is placed are valid. The stated prices are final prices in total (including Value added tax) in accordance with the applicable rate, such as: price increases, currency changes, force majeure, tax changes, sold-out items, and type errors.

The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped. We accept the following payment methods

Newsletter and SMS

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree that Rebiome A/S will process personal information about you e.g., such as: e-mail address and telephone number. You can revoke your approval at any time. This can be done by a link in the newsletter/ SMS. You have the right to demand insight into your personal information and to correct your personal information when applicable. Order cancellation

Rebiome A/S can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be notified if such a situation should arise. Any payment or reservation made will be refunded/cancelled.


Rebiome A/S strives to send the ordered item(s) within 1-2 working days after we have received your order, unless otherwise agreed with customer.

Rebiome A/S uses the following shipping suppliers
• Post nord

The shipping cost depends on the individual order size, delivery method and supplier. This can vary from FREE cost to DKK 79, -.
When buying item(s) at a total price of more than DKK 500, - the delivery is free however, when buying item(s) for an amount below, delivery costs can be up to DKK 79 on top of the price of the item(s), depending on the size of the order and shipping company.

Express delivery can be selected for some orders. When you place your order, it will be stated whether this is an option for your order, just as the cost associated with the express delivery will be stated. The goods will be delivered no later than within 2 working days. If the item(s) are not delivered within this period, you will be reimbursed for your delivery costs.


When you shop at Rebiome A/S, you usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item(s) to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a Saturday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

The following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal
Sealed item(s) which for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable to be returned when the seal is broken after delivery.

In order to use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by filling out the following return form, or by contacting us by E-mail: hello@Rebiome.net

IMPORTANT we expect you to send the item(s) as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation/withdrawal. You must send the item(s) back no later than 14 days after you have regretted.

Customer Service will process your case as soon as possible.

When you need to return items, you should make sure that the items are securely packed. You are responsible for the package until we receive it on site. Thus, we highly recommend you save a receipt from the freight forwarder and possibly track and trace number.

Lack of original packaging can constitute an impairment, so to be sure of being able to have all your money refunded it is recommended that the item(s) is returned in original packaging and with seal.

NOTE! Opened and/ or used hygiene products must not be returned for health and hygienic reasons. If an item is returned in violation of our return policy, then we are not obligated to refund you for the item(s).

We always recommend that before using a new product, test the product against reactions on a skin surface (e.g., the wrist).

When returning the item(s), you must pay for the freight expenses yourself, and send the package to the following address

Behavior policy

• Cheating with returns, such as exchange and forgery of labels and price tags and false claims about missing items.

• To pretend to be a consumer, but then brand or resell the products in your own company.

• Cheat in order to obtain bonus points or misuse of discount codes, gifts and offers or encourage/ contribute to false orders to receive compensation from Rebiome A/S.

• Attempts to unduly influence or threaten our staff to obtain an extended right of return in relation to our terms of purchase or mandatory legislation.
